What we collect
When you create a LeadFlo workspace, we collect your name, email address, and the business data you and your team enter — contacts, deals, tasks, invoices, and email logs. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, referring site) to understand how the product is used.
How we use it
To operate the service you've signed up for: running your workspace, sending the emails and invoices you create, processing payments through Flutterwave, and sending you account-related messages (password resets, invites, weekly reports). We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
Where it's stored
Your workspace data is stored in a PostgreSQL database (hosted via Neon). Emails are sent through Google's Gmail SMTP service. Payments are processed by Flutterwave — we never see or store your customers' card details directly.
Your rights
You can export your contacts and invoices at any time from within the app. You can ask us to delete your workspace and all associated data by contacting us at the email below — deletion cascades to every record tied to your workspace.
Cookies
We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
